TEASE TIME is “Portland Oregon's original longest, ongoing monthly burlesque Extravaganza” since March 2009.
After two years of solid 'full length' show production, Tease Time is holding it's ground as one of Portland, Oregon's most cherished Regional Burelsque shows. Reaching a zenith pitch last October at the amazing Halloween show, only to be followed by a knock-out trend setting Holiday themed show in Dec.,Tease Time continues to break ground and hold the attention of the new and avid burlesque fan, who expects nothing short of greatness at each show. Thanks to the steady creative hand of Director/Booker: Miss Frankie Tease, you can count on it being amazing again and again!
The skill set of the regular and visiting cast members are among the top in their class. Instead of being presented act after similar act, you will find a refreshing robust and fast-paced format that may leave you excited that shows like this exist, as it has for many others. It is with extreme excitement that we bring you our Sister from up North who has blazed her way through Burlesque Stages from Seattle & around the globe.
Jacqueline Hyde is the most versatile award winning performance artist, with a deep background as a professional ballroom dancer and extensive experience as an independent international burlesque artist. Jacqueline has been wooing audiences since 2005 having performed for audiences in North America and Europe. She is also the ONLY burlesque entertainer to be selected from the United States to perform at the Milan Burlesque Awards February 18th & 19th, 2011!
Jacqueline is also an entrepreneur, producer and head choreographer of Tempest Burlesque. Amongst her choreography skills, Jacqueline is also an accomplished fan dancer, vocalist, tassel twirler and fire tassel twirler (as taught by Satan's Angel).
